During my recent stay at Lee Abbey, I was thoroughly impressed by the beautiful old building and its charming atmosphere. The staff, although volunteers, were friendly and cute. The breakfast offered was quite good, and I particularly enjoyed dining in the lovely garden. The rooms, although basic, were clean and functional.

The best thing about my Christmas stay was the key location. It was so convenient to be just a few minutes away from the underground and bus stations. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the popular attractions. Another thing I liked was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. Additionally, the beautiful garden was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.
The lack of a TV in the room. It would have been nice to have some entertainment options after a long day out.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. They were also very helpful in providing a travel cot for our baby. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, offering a variety of options to choose from. Moreover, the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to two underground lines and making it easy to explore the city.
There were a few aspects that detracted from our stay. there was a noticeable smell in the hallways, which was not very pleasant.

I got amazing value for my money at Lee Abbey. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and beautiful parks nearby.
Hotel breakfast could have been better with more food options available in the morning.
